Seglo now speaks your language, with a rebuilt reports hub and one-tap rebooking

This release makes Seglo feel like it was built for you: read the whole app in your own language, get to the number you need faster, and rebook a regular in a single tap. Here's what's new.

Use Seglo in your language

The entire app — owner dashboard, schedule, settings, team, catalog, pay, the customer booking flow, checkout, forms, and the mobile screens — now reads in your chosen language, with full 中文 (Traditional) support. Nothing is half-translated: the surfaces you and your customers touch every day are covered end to end.

A rebuilt reports hub

Reports used to be scattered across separate pages. They're now one focused hub with a tab for each question you actually ask.

One hub, five tabs

Sales, clients, team, capacity and demand, and an Insights view each live behind a clean tab, on a single responsive shell that works on desktop and mobile. Each report opens to the one thing it's about, instead of burying it in a wall of figures.

Numbers you can trust

Sales figures are now calculated in your business's own time zone, with consistent Outstanding, Net, Collected, and average-ticket numbers across every report — and a freshness indicator so you always know the data is current.

Charts moved where they belong

The trend charts that used to crowd your dashboard now live in the Insights tab, so the dashboard stays focused and the deep-dive stays in reports.

One-tap rebooking

Every finished, cancelled, or no-show appointment now has a Rebook button — on desktop and mobile. One tap rebuilds the whole visit (every pet, every service, the right price and duration) into a fresh booking, so booking a returning regular takes seconds.

A dashboard focused on this week

The owner dashboard now opens to what matters right now:

  • A This-Week hero showing the week's revenue and trend at a glance.
  • A Today's bookings card with the count and your next three appointments.
  • A Pay Run card that appears only when there's something owing, so it's a prompt, not noise.

A cleaner booking flow

Tidier selection screens

Selection lists across booking are now borderless and scannable, with a simple check on the chosen option instead of heavy boxes — quicker to read, easier to tap.

Long option lists made easy

Services with many pricing options now offer a searchable picker, so customers find the right one without endless scrolling.

Fewer booking snags

Profiles are validated up front, the profile form no longer re-pops at the final step, and rescheduling or rebooking a service with custom pricing keeps the correct price and duration instead of falling back to a base figure.

Smarter catalog

Your services list now shows each service's active pricing method rather than dormant options, with services that use custom questions showing those questions and a starting price. Unpublished services sort to the bottom, descriptions can run longer, and the pricing editor reliably reflects what you just saved.

Bringing your data over

Importing from Square is now split into independent steps — sync your clients and sync your bookings separately — and a guided setup follows the import to get you ready to take bookings faster.

Also new this release

  • A safer AI assistant — the assistant now proposes more changes for your confirmation before making them, and when an action can't be applied it offers a clear way to recover instead of failing silently. It also responds noticeably faster.
  • Close your business yourself — a self-service option in settings, behind a typed confirmation, lets an owner permanently delete their business and its data.
  • Easier sign-up and sign-in — switch between signing in and signing up on the same page, with clearer dedicated pages that are easier to find.
  • Clearer business switcher — shows the business name as the title with the location underneath.
