One inbox for calls and texts, customer photo sharing, and booking labels

A unified front desk for every call and message, share before/after photos with customers, colour-code your bookings, and get notified the moment someone edits a shift you're on.

This release brings your phone, texts, and bookings into one place, lets you share photos with customers, and adds the small touches that keep a busy day legible. Here's what's new.

One front desk for calls and texts

Calls and messages used to live in separate, confusing places. They're now one hub.

Messages and Calls, split cleanly

A dedicated Messages page for SMS conversations and a Calls page for your phone log, each with unread and missed badges so you can see what needs a reply at a glance.

Reply without leaving the page

Open any text thread and reply inline — sent straight from your business number. Incoming messages show who they're from, with search across every conversation.

See what the AI handled

When your AI receptionist takes a call, the log shows what happened — including bookings it made for you — and links a follow-up callback straight back to the original conversation.

Know who answered

Calls now record who picked up, so attribution is clear whether a person or the AI handled it.

Share photos with your customers

Before / after, sent to the customer

Mark appointment photos as customer-visible and pair them as before/after. Customers see a clean gallery on their booking — on desktop and mobile — while internal-only shots stay private.

Set a photo as the profile picture

Pick the best shot from an appointment and make it the profile avatar in one tap.

Colour-code your bookings

Create your own quick labels — colour chips with names that mean something to your team — and apply them to bookings. Filter the calendar by label to find exactly the bookings you're looking for. Labels are pure annotation: they never change a price or send a message.

Stay in the loop on changes

Booking-update alerts for staff

When someone edits a booking you're assigned to — time, staff, resources, or status — you get a push and in-app notification, so a change to your day never slips past you. (The person making the edit isn't pinged for their own change.)

A clearer AI receptionist

Your AI receptionist now opens every call by letting the caller know they're speaking with an assistant — clear, upfront, and consistent.

A smarter waitlist

The waitlist now leads with what needs you: a "Needs you" zone surfaces entries that have run out of automatic options, with the customer and service shown up front, and the sidebar badge stays calm until something actually needs action.

Import from Square, location by location

Bringing your data over from Square is now selective and repeatable — choose which location to import, run it again later for another branch, and re-imports update existing records instead of creating duplicates. New businesses can do this right inside onboarding, alongside a clearer setup path with an availability step.

Also new this release

  • Apple & Google sign-in for customers — faster login on the customer side.
  • A safer AI assistant — when you ask the assistant to delete a service, variant, or memory, it now proposes the change for your confirmation before anything happens.
  • Smoother mobile sign-in — a faster, cleaner login on the native apps, with the keyboard no longer covering inputs in sheets and forms.
  • Better mobile notifications — a faster, smoother list that opens the modern booking view.
  • Per-device notification prompts — "skip for now" is remembered per device, so you're not nagged again on the same phone.
