Xero — clearer status, smarter refunds

Expired-connection alerts you can't miss

When your Xero connection drops, you'll see a red banner across the integrations page and an Expired badge on the Xero tile. We email you too. No more silent sync failures discovered weeks later.

Refunds flow through the daily summary

Refunded appointments are now excluded from the rolled-up daily revenue line that pushes to Xero, and refunds that happen before a daily summary is closed are handled cleanly. Your Xero numbers match your Seglo numbers — even when refunds happen.

Stripe and Xero, properly linked

Every Xero invoice and credit note now carries the Stripe charge ID and refund ID. Reconciliation between Stripe and Xero stops being a detective exercise.
